We have made every effort to provide you with the highest quality goods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange the item within 14 business days of receiving it, provided the item is still in perfect condition.
All goods are quality controlled and inspected for defects before shipment to customers. If you have received a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging so that they are not damaged during shipment.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will be notified by e-mail.
RECEIPT OF A REFUND
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your returned product in our warehouse and verified that all conditions have been met.
The refund will be transferred to the bank account or credit card with which the purchase was made.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the transfer to take place, depending on your banking time. It depends on each individual card issuer, and unfortunately we can't influence this process.
